Thank you for shopping with Mystic Outcomes. This Shipping Policy explains how physical products are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchased through Mystic Outcomes.

This policy applies to physical items such as candles, crystals, incense, sage, ritual tools, bracelets, printed materials, spiritual products, and other wellness-inspired goods. Digital products, readings, phone sessions, chat sessions, recorded readings, and emailed reports are not shipped and are delivered according to the service or product description.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless a different timeframe is stated in the product description.

Some items may require additional preparation time, especially if they are handmade, custom-selected, energetically prepared, bundled with a reading, or part of a special promotion.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 
2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, shipping method selected, and seasonal volume.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, holidays, incorrect addresses, supply delays, or other circumstances outside of Mystic Outcomes’ control may affect delivery.

 
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or included in the product price when stated.

Shipping fees may vary based on package weight, size, destination, selected shipping method, and carrier rates.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless Mystic Outcomes made an error with your order or determines otherwise after review.

 
4. Shipping Locations

Mystic Outcomes currently ships physical products within the United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.

International shipping may not be available for all products.

 
5. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information may be sent by email, text, or through the ordering platform once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a label is created.

 
6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Mystic Outcomes is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

 
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Mystic Outcomes is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

Mystic Outcomes may assist with available information, but replacement or refund decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 
8. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Mystic Outcomes within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your name
Order number or purchase details
A description of the damage
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging, if available

 

After review, Mystic Outcomes may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.

 
9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact Mystic Outcomes within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist.

Please include your order details and photos of what you received, if applicable.

 
10. Product Variations

Some Mystic Outcomes products may include natural, handmade, or spiritually inspired items. Slight variations in color, size, texture, shape, scent, packaging, or appearance may occur.

These variations do not necessarily qualify as defects and are part of the natural or handmade nature of certain products.

 
11. Safety and Handling

Please use all candles, incense, oils, herbs, crystals, and ritual tools responsibly.

Never leave burning items unattended. Keep candles, incense, herbs, oils, and small items away from children, pets, flammable materials, and unsafe conditions.

Mystic Outcomes is not responsible for misuse, unsafe handling, allergic reactions, sensitivities, or failure to follow product safety instructions.

 
12. Preorders, Bundles, and Special Offers

Some products may be sold as preorders, limited-time bundles, promotional offers, or items paired with readings or spiritual services.

If a product is part of a bundle or special offer, processing and shipping times may vary. Any special shipping details will be included in the product description when applicable.
