Thank you for choosing Mystic Outcomes. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and store credits are handled for readings, spiritual guidance services, digital products, physical products, and other purchases made through Mystic Outcomes.
By purchasing from Mystic Outcomes, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Personalized Readings and Spiritual Guidance Services
Many Mystic Outcomes services are personalized, custom-prepared, time-based, or energetically/intuitively interpreted for the individual customer. Because of the custom nature of these services, all sales are generally final once work has begun, a reading has been delivered, a session has occurred, or a digital file has been sent.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Recorded readings
Phone readings
Chat readings
Tarot, oracle, angel number, astrology-inspired, or intuitive readings
Energy clearing-style guidance
Spiritual coaching-style sessions
Custom reports or personalized digital services
Refunds are not provided simply because a customer disagrees with, dislikes, or does not receive the answer they hoped for in a reading.
2. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel a personalized reading or service, please contact Mystic Outcomes as soon as possible.
A refund or store credit may be considered only if work has not yet begun, the session has not occurred, and the reading or service has not been delivered. Mystic Outcomes reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation, refund, or store credit based on the status of the order.
3. Missed Phone or Live Sessions
If you book a phone, chat, or live session and miss your scheduled time, arrive late, provide incorrect contact information, or fail to respond when contacted, the session may be considered completed or forfeited.
Mystic Outcomes may, at its discretion, offer one rescheduling opportunity when reasonable and when scheduling allows. Repeated missed appointments may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
4. Digital Products and Downloadable Items
Digital products, downloadable items, emailed reports, digital guides, recordings, templates, and other electronic content are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact Mystic Outcomes so we can make reasonable efforts to help you access the item you purchased.
5. Physical Products
Physical products may include candles, crystals, incense, sage, ritual tools, bracelets, oils, printed materials, or other spiritual and wellness-inspired items.
Because some products may be handmade, spiritual-use items, limited inventory items, or prepared for a specific customer, returns may not always be accepted.
A refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered for physical products only if:
The wrong item was sent
The item arrived damaged
The order was not fulfilled correctly
Another issue occurred that Mystic Outcomes determines qualifies for review
To request help with a physical product order, contact Mystic Outcomes within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue, if applicable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Mystic Outcomes within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your name
Order number or purchase details
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if relevant
After review, Mystic Outcomes may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless Mystic Outcomes made an error with your order or determines otherwise after review.
If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Mystic Outcomes.
8. Promotional Offers, Discounts, and Sale Items
Items or services purchased during a promotion, sale, special offer, limited-time discount, bundle, or custom package may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact Mystic Outcomes first so we can try to resolve the concern.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. Mystic Outcomes reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmations, communications, and service details to payment processors when responding to disputes.
10. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Mystic Outcomes does not guarantee specific spiritual, emotional, relationship, financial, legal, health, or life outcomes from any reading, product, service, or recommendation.
Readings and spiritual guidance services are offered for reflection, clarity, insight, and entertainment purposes only. Refunds are not provided based on whether a prediction, interpretation, or desired outcome occurs.
